PHILADELPHIA — December 5, 2017 — The Philadelphia Marketplace Food & Shops at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) announced Jack Duggan’s Pub & Restaurant, Concourse A East, as Restaurant Merchant of the Quarter for Q1 2018. The Philadelphia Marketplace’s Cutting EDGE! Program (Excellence Drives Great Experiences) was designed to motivate and reward merchants for great customer service and participation in PHL marketing programs.
This is a repeat performance for Jack Duggan’s Pub & Restaurant as PHL recognizes the establishment with its second Merchant of the Quarter trophy. Owner, Erin Zwiercan, attributes their success to the staff for embodying the characteristics of a world class organization striving for superior customer care, product quality, and safety. “Whether grabbing a quick bite before a flight or looking for a relaxed and engaging haven for those extended layovers, we seek to make our establishment a preferred destination for PHL travelers.”
